Drawing Information & Rules
The American Racer Racing Tires Drawings begin at 12:01 a.m. (ET) on March 1, 2009 and end at 11:59 pm (ET) on September 30, 2009. A drawing for a set of four (4) American Racer racing tires will be held each month during this period
1.Eligibility for a monthly drawing is open to any racer placing first on American Racer racing tires in a feature event occurring during the month of the drawing. Employees of Race Tires America, Inc. and its parent company, subsidiaries, distributors and dealers and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the drawings. Eligibility is open to anyone 18 years old or older or legal guardian of a racer less than 18 years old. Winner must submit a digitalize photo of them in victory lane. All photoss will be used in our slideshow at PRI show.
2.There will be seven (7) drawings during the contest period. To be eligible for a monthly drawing, your entry must be received on or before 11:59 pm (ET) of the third day after the end of the month. For example, to be eligible for the March, 2009, drawing, we must receive your entry prior to 11:59 pm on April 3, 2009.
3.To enter, visit www.americanraceronline.com and follow all online instructions to complete and submit the online entry form. Entrants are subject to all notices and policies posted online. Each drawing winner will be required to submit a photo of his/her car with American Racer tires prominently displayed. All entries, requests, and photos become the property of Race Tires America, Inc. (“RTA”) and will not be returned or acknowledged. RTA is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible or incomplete entries.
4.Each winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received per prize drawing within ten (10) days after each monthly prize drawing deadline as stated above. RTA’s decisions as to each drawing shall be final and binding. Each winner shall be notified by mail, e-mail, and/or phone and will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Publicity Release. By acceptance of a price, each winner agrees to RTA’s use of his/her name, photograph, prize won, hometown, likeness, and/or statements about the drawing for marketing and promotional purposes in any and all media without further compensation, approval, or notice, except where prohibited by law. Drawing winners shall be responsible for any taxes due on the value of the awarded tires.
5.No purchase is necessary to participate in the drawings. Each winner will receive four (4) new American Racer race tires of the winner’s choice.
